He just passed through a “face scanning” self-service check-in gate to take Air China Flight CA1344 heading for Beijing at the Changsha Huanghua International Airport Terminal 1 at 10:00 a.m. on June 3.

Ten self-service check-in gates at the airport’s Terminal 1 were put into use on that day. It was an upgrade to the airport’s whole-process “paperless” flight service.

Each of the gates was installed with a self-service check-in system, which is similar to that used at high-speed railway stations. Following the on-screen instructions, passengers enter the gateway and face the camera for facial recognition. After a few seconds, the “face scanning” check-in is done.

The Changsha Huanghua International Airport has been gradually improving the whole-process paperless flight service ever since it led the country in introducing electronic boarding pass in 2017. At present, there are 88 self-service machines at the airport’s Terminals 1 and 2, including those for baggage check-in, security check, and self-boarding.

今年底實現(xiàn)“一個二維碼通行”的全流程“無紙化”乘機(jī)

湖南日報·新湖南客戶端6月3日訊(記者 鄧晶琎 通訊員 鄧竹君 寇冠喬)“太酷了，不要登機(jī)牌，刷臉就登機(jī)了。”6月3日10時許，長沙黃花國際機(jī)場T1航站樓9號登機(jī)口處，準(zhǔn)備乘坐國航CA1344航班前往北京的高先生，“刷臉”通過了自助登機(jī)門。

當(dāng)天，黃花機(jī)場T1航站樓自助登機(jī)門全面投入運(yùn)營，標(biāo)志著機(jī)場全流程“無紙化”乘機(jī)服務(wù)再次升級。

記者看到，T1航站樓的10個登機(jī)口處，分別新安裝了一套自助登機(jī)門系統(tǒng)，與高鐵“刷臉”進(jìn)站的閘機(jī)相似。旅客在屏幕提示后，進(jìn)入閘機(jī)通道，對準(zhǔn)攝像頭，稍等數(shù)秒，便完成了“刷臉”登機(jī)。

省機(jī)場管理集團(tuán)長沙機(jī)場分公司副總經(jīng)理常希娟介紹，黃花機(jī)場自2017年在全國率先推出電子登機(jī)牌以來，正逐步提升全流程“無紙化”乘機(jī)服務(wù)。目前，T1、T2航站樓內(nèi)共有自助值機(jī)行李托運(yùn)一體機(jī)、自助安檢驗證閘機(jī)、自助登機(jī)門等88臺自助值機(jī)設(shè)備。

據(jù)統(tǒng)計，5月在黃花機(jī)場登機(jī)的旅客中，使用自助值機(jī)服務(wù)的旅客達(dá)73%。

今年，黃花機(jī)場還將推出eID(公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)電子身份標(biāo)識)服務(wù)。旅客在指定網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺注冊提交相關(guān)身份信息后，可生成一個集航班信息和身份信息為一體的二維碼。屆時，旅客過安檢時，無需人工比對證件、登機(jī)牌和乘機(jī)人，可憑這一個二維碼實現(xiàn)值機(jī)、安檢、登機(jī)全流程“無紙化”通行。

按計劃，到今年底，凡在黃花機(jī)場T1、T2航站樓乘坐國內(nèi)航班的旅客，均將享受“一個二維碼通行”的全流程“無紙化”乘機(jī)服務(wù)。
